EZVIZ is now looking for a business development manager, position to be filled as soon as possible in Iberia.

Задачи:

- Develop and grow the Door Opener / Automatic Door Operator business in Spain.
- Responsible for developing business in Door Opener / Automatic Door Operator channels, especially with distributors, installers and integrators.
- Regular customer visiting to maintain relationships, discuss business, provide product training, understand customer needs and problems, and support customers to grow their business.
- Reviewing the market to determine customer needs, volume potential, pricing and competition in the Door Opener / Automatic Door industry.
- Analyze the industry market situation and trends, including technologies, products, prices and strategies, and provide corresponding suggestions.
- Setup the sales plan and make sure the execution of the plan.

Требования:

- You have solid working experience in Door Opener / Automatic Door Operator / Door Automation industry.




- You have experience working with door distributors, installers, integrators or related channels.
- You have a high level of business communication in Spanish.
- You have an outgoing personality and like communication.
- You have a driving license and accept frequent business travelling.
- You have a strong affinity with sales and are able to be successful in negotiations.
- You are full of energy and passion to accept new challenges.
- You have good interpersonal skills and can work within a multicultural environment.
- You are able to work within a fast-paced, multitasking environment and have the ability to manage stress.
- You have solid experience and skills in MS Outlook, Excel, PPT and related tools.
- Car License required.
- Будет плюсом: Experience in access control, door hardware or locksmith industry is a plus; if you can speak Portuguese, that's a plus

Fixed salary + variable salary based on your results. Company car and benefits related to the function (Fuel card and toll, computer and cell phone, health insurance, reimbursement of expenses).
