About the Role
Our client, a leading firm in the Servicios Inmobiliarios sector, is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Desarrollador de Proyectos Inmobiliarios to join their expanding operations in Mérida, Yucatán. This role is crucial for identifying, planning, and executing diverse real estate development projects, from conception through to completion. The adecuado candidate will possess a strong background in real estate development, project management, finance, and market analysis. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of the development lifecycle, including site acquisition, zoning, design, construction, marketing, and sales. We are looking for an individual with a proven ability to manage complex projects, navigate regulatory environments, and deliver profitable results in the dynamic Mérida market. This is an on-site position, requiring your presence and active management in Yucatán.

Key Responsibilities
Identify potential development sites and conduct feasibility studies. Manage the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition and planning to construction and delivery. Oversee design development, ensuring projects meet market demands and aesthetic standards. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Secure necessary permits and approvals from local authorities. Develop and manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring profitability and timely completion. Lead marketing and sales efforts for completed developments.



Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for new development projects in Mérida. Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and community stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate development, project management, or a similar capacity. Proven track record of successfully developing and delivering various types of real estate projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use). Strong understanding of construction processes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures. Excellent financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment analysis. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of the Yucatán real estate market, especially Mérida. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
