* Execute purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies based on production planning and demand forecasts.
* Source and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring quality, price, and delivery reliability.
* Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing and terms.
* Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound transportation of goods.
* Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production deadlines.
* Manage inventory levels for assigned materials, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
* Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
* Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries,



or supplier performance.
* Collaborate with internal departments, including production, quality, and finance, to ensure alignment.
* Contribute to cost-saving initiatives within the procurement and logistics functions. Requisitos
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics coordination.
* Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.

* Proven negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
