The Project Manager
- International Digital Projects is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex Digital and IT projects across multiple countries, business units and external partners. The role requires strong project ownership, stakeholder management and the ability to drive successful delivery in an international and cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities
Take end-to-end ownership of international Digital and IT projects from initiation through delivery and closureLead and coordinate project estimation and planning activitiesDefine and manage project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources and deliverablesLead cross-functional and international project teams and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior management, across different cultures and business functionsEstablish effective project governance and provide transparent reporting on progress, financials, risks and decisionsProactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes and drive them to resolutionManage project financials and resource requirements, including forecasting and capacity constraintsManage external vendors and implementation partners and ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines and responsibilitiesCoordinate go-live, transition into operations and successful project closureBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT or a comparable fieldMinimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in international Digital or IT projectsProven experience managing complex,



cross-functional projects and international stakeholdersStrong knowledge of project governance, scope, financial, risk, change and resource managementExperience working with external vendors and implementation partnersDemonstrated ability to independently structure and drive complex projects with limited supervisionEnglish proficiency at C1 level or higher is required ; Spanish and/or German are an advantagePMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or a comparable project management certification is an advantage.
