Key Responsibilities
Manage, grow, and optimise a portfolio of casino affiliates across key markets including UK and EuropeLeverage existing affiliate relationships to rapidly scale player acquisition and revenueIdentify, onboard, and activate new high-performing affiliatesNegotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and bespoke dealsMonitor performance, traffic quality, and ROI across all affiliate activityWork closely with internal teams to align affiliate strategy with wider business goalsRequirements: Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager within the online casino or iGaming sectorPrevious experience working for a multi-brand online casino operationA strong personal network of active casino affiliates that you have directly managed or monetisedDemonstrated success scaling revenue through owned affiliate connectionsExperience working with or within multi-brand casino environmentsStrong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skillsData-driven approach to performance analysis and optimisation
