Role Description: Spend a semester living the Erasmus experience from the inside. ESN Sevilla UPO, at Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Seville, offers two on-site Erasmus traineeship positions from 25 January to 4 June 2027 (2nd semester 2026/2027). Note: this is an unpaid traineeship. It is only open to students who come with an Erasmus+ traineeship grant, which is what covers your stay in Seville. Events Manager (administration, events coordination and volunteer management support)
• Help organise and attend our events
• Keep track of our activities and write the reports
• Support our Work Groups
• Follow what our volunteers are doing and how involved they are
• Hold office hours at the university
• Write and update guides, manuals and other documents that students actually use Social Media Manager (marketing, digital communication and graphics)
• Create graphic and social media content: videos, leaflets, posters, logos…
• Edit audio, video and images
• Run and update our social networks
• Give management support
• Hold office hours at the university
• Join local activities and our events What you get?: daily practice of your Spanish, an interdisciplinary and intercultural environment,



an office at the university (bring your own laptop), and the chance to meet exchange students from all over the world, plus our volunteers. And Seville, its culture and its great weather. Qualifications
• Spanish level: B1 (a certificate is not necessary, but you will need to demonstrate your level in the interview, which will be carried out in Spanish)
• English level: B1
• Communication, social and teamwork skills For Events Manager:
• Google Workplace knowledge
• Proactivity, autonomy and ability to multitask
• Organizational, planning and time-management skills For Social Media Manager:
• Knowledge in graphic design and marketing
• Photo/video editing
• Creativity
