Barcelona (relocation from with EU supported) About the Opportunity Our client, a leading global organisation, is growing its in-house EPM team at its Barcelona offices and is looking for a technically minded developer to join it. The team runs its finance planning, consolidation and reporting on CCH Tagetik, and is now building new applications and enhancements, including AI-enabled features. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a technical background and early EPM experience to move into a high-profile Tagetik role. You will learn directly from highly skilled Tagetik developers, in a fast-moving company where your work will be visible and valued. The Role You will be a hands-on member of the Tagetik development team, working closely with finance stakeholders and technical colleagues. You will help design and build new Tagetik applications, contribute to platform enhancements, including AI-enabled features, and grow your Tagetik expertise through real project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Application Development Develop and configure new applications within Tagetik, from requirements through to testing and go-live Build and maintain data models, forms, reports, workflows and business logic Support data loads and integrations with finance and source systems Enhancements and Innovation Contribute to the design and delivery of enhancements within the Tagetik environment, including AI-enabled features Explore and prototype ways to automate and improve planning, forecasting and reporting processes Keep up to date with new Tagetik functionality and recommend improvements Collaboration and Support Work with finance users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Support testing, user training,



documentation and ongoing application maintenance Follow development standards, governance and change control processes Learning and Growth Learn Tagetik from experienced developers through hands-on project work Take ownership of your own development, building towards more advanced Tagetik responsibilities Skills and Experience A technical educational background (e.g. computer science, engineering, information systems, mathematics or a related field) At least 3 years' professional experience in a relevant industry At least 1 year working in a technical capacity with an EPM system (e.g. Oracle EPM, Anaplan, OneStream, Planful, Board, Pigment or similar) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and the ability to work with finance and technical colleagues Fluent English (Spanish requirement to be confirmed) Right to work in Spain (to be confirmed) Previous experience with CCH Tagetik (not required) Knowledge of SQL, scripting or data integration tools Understanding of finance processes such as budgeting, forecasting and consolidation Interest in automation and emerging technologies, such as AI, applied to finance Who You Are Curious and eager to learn a new EPM platform Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment A collaborative team player who also takes ownership of your work Interested in how technology, including automation and AI, can improve finance What's on Offer A technical role in a leading integral organisation, based in Barcelona The chance to learn Tagetik from highly skilled developers Exposure to new application development and enhancement projects, including AI-enabled features Competitive package: (salary and benefits to be confirmed) Clear opportunities for growth within the EPM team
