- Cross Application to configure, support, and continuously improve Workday and related HRIS systems. The role focuses on reliability, data integrity, security, and process efficiency across international teams and vendors.
You’ll manage configuration, support releases, conduct testing, and partner with HR, IT, Total Rewards, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. This fully remote role is based in Spain or Portugal.
