Santander Corporate & Investment Banking in Madrid is seeking a Fund Finance Analyst to support structuring and execution of subscription line facilities, NAV-based financing and ABL deals for private capital clients. You will build cash flow models, perform due diligence, and coordinate with Legal to drive transactions to close.
You will also prepare marketing materials and client analyses to support origination with fund managers and relationship teams, with a focus on English and Spanish
