In this role, you'll lead strategic initiatives, manage a dynamic team, and contribute to our global organization's growth, all while fostering sustainability in our business practices. ## As the Country Manager Spain & Portugal, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the company's commercial objectives, growth, and market presence within Spain & Portugal. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve the company's objectives in the livestock industry, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
* Team Management: Lead and inspire according to the company's style a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve operational excellence
* Market Analysis: Oversee the sales and marketing efforts to promote our livestock services and products, expand our customer base, and achieve revenue targets
* Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure sustainable profitability
* Customer Relationship Management: Provide regular reports to the corporate office on the country's performance,



market insights, and strategic recommendations## What we are looking for?
* Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture (Livestock), or a related field
* Proven experience in sales leadership in a senior management role within the livestock industry
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven track record of successfully leading and managing cross-functional teams
* Strong understanding of livestock production practices
* Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets
* Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
* Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Besides Spanish, fluent in at least English language (written and spoken)
* High grade of the Spanish livestock market will be appreciated##
