bsport is hiring a remote-first Customer Support Agent to join our Barcelona-based team.
You will be the first contact for clients during your 13:*:00 CET shift, handling chats and emails, resolving standard requests and guiding users through our platform.
You will collaborate with Level 2 escalations, Account Management, and Onboarding to ensure timely, friendly solutions for US and Canadian clients.
Fluency in English is required; additional Spanish or French is a plus.
