Holidu in Málaga is seeking a Team Lead Customer Service to lead a team of Customer Happiness Advisors serving Italian, Greek and Portuguese markets. You’ll champion guest and host needs and drive high CSAT through effective coaching and hands-on leadership.
You’ll report to the Head of Customer Service in Málaga and collaborate with Enablement teams on capacity planning, quality and training, AI and tooling to empower your team to succeed in a fast-growing tech environment.
