In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm, friendly, and well-organized atmosphere from the moment they step through the door.

Responsibilities

- Welcoming and greeting visiting families with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Selling admission tickets and managing guest access control at the entrance
- Operating the cash register and processing customer payments accurately
- Organizing and managing reservations for birthday parties and group events
- Providing clear and timely information to visitors regarding activities and schedules
- Supporting the rest of the operational team to ensure smooth daily processes





Qualifications

- Specific training or vocational background in customer service
- An intermediate level of proficiency in both Catalan and English to assist local and international guests
- Practical IT skills and confidence using computers and digital tools for bookings and ticketing
- At least 6 months of previous experience in a similar reception, front-desk, or customer support role

This position offers a permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) based in Palma. The working schedule runs from Tuesday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. The salary is to be negotiated directly with the hiring company during the recruitment process.
