They Should Be a native English speaker Have B2 in Spanish Have a passion for teaching adults and teenagers Be social, active, and energetic Be extrovert and open-minded Willing to participate with students in social events Be adaptable and empathetic Have a nice presence CELTA/TEFL/TESOL or similar qualification No teaching experience necessary but definitely a plus!
