About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Desarrollador/a de Currículo de Educación Infantil - Especialista en Aprendizaje Lúdico for a fully remote, contract position. This role is critical in designing engaging, play-based learning experiences for early childhood education. You will be responsible for creating innovative curriculum materials, activity guides, and assessment tools that promote holistic child development through play. The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education theory, curriculum design, and a passion for integrating playful learning methodologies. Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop comprehensive, play-based curriculum frameworks and lesson plans for early childhood education (ages 2-6).
- Create engaging and age-appropriate learning materials, including activity sheets, games, and digital resources.
- Develop assessment tools and strategies to evaluate children's learning and development within a play-based context.
- Research and incorporate current best practices in early childhood education and play-based learning into curriculum design.
- Collaborate with educational consultants and subject matter experts to ensure curriculum quality and alignment.
- Ensure all developed materials are inclusive, culturally relevant, and meet educational standards.
- Provide guidance on the implementation of play-based learning strategies for educators.




- Contribute to the creation of training materials for educators on the use of the developed curriculum.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum development for early childhood education, with a strong emphasis on play-based learning.
- Demonstrated portfolio of successfully developed curriculum materials or educational programs.
- Expertise in child development theories and pedagogy, particularly concerning play and learning.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using digital tools for content creation and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Understanding of online learning environments and digital content delivery.
- Experience with educational assessment design.
