Remotely monitor the operational status and performance of automated packaging lines through sophisticated digital dashboards. Analyze real-time production data to identify trends, potential bottlenecks, and areas for efficiency improvement.



Conduct initial remote diagnostics for equipment malfunctions and guide on-site technicians through troubleshooting steps. Ensure that production output meets quality standards and deadlines by proactively managing line parameters. Maintain detailed logs of operational activities, performance metrics, and any incidents encountered. Coordinate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production flow and timely issue resolution. Implement minor configuration adjustments to automated systems as directed, via secure remote access. Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational procedures and system performance through remote analysis. Requirements

Proven experience working with automated machinery or in a manufacturing/production environment, preferably with packaging lines. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software and digital platforms. Excellent remote monitoring and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to interpret technical data and performance reports effectively. Proficiency in using digital communication tools and remote access software. Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure, remotely. Excellent command of Spanish, both written and spoken.
