A private company operating in the sector of recreational, sports, and entertainment activities is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join its on-site team in Palma. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm, friendly, and well-organized atmosphere from the moment they step through the door.

Responsibilities

Welcoming and greeting visiting families with a friendly and helpful attitude

Selling admission tickets and managing guest access control at the entrance

Operating the cash register and processing customer payments accurately

Organizing and managing reservations for birthday parties and group events

Providing clear and timely information to visitors regarding activities and schedules

Supporting the rest of the operational team to ensure smooth daily processes





Qualifications

Specific training or vocational background in customer service

An intermediate level of proficiency in both Catalan and English to assist local and international guests

Practical IT skills and confidence using computers and digital tools for bookings and ticketing

At least 6 months of previous experience in a similar reception, front-desk, or customer support role

This position offers a permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) based in Palma. The working schedule runs from Tuesday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. The salary is to be negotiated directly with the hiring company during the recruitment process.
