With a consistent flow of buyer enquiries, an active client pipeline and extensive property stock, we have opportunities ready for brokers with the experience and drive to make them count.
Take ownership of active buyer enquiries and manage the entire journey, from the first conversation and property search through to viewings, negotiations and completion.
You'll join a team that values initiative, accountability and results. People who pick up the phone, understand their clients and follow through.
Proven experience selling property on the Costa del Sol
Ideally already living in Marbella or the surrounding areas, with strong local knowledge and ready to join our office in Nueva Andalucía
Strong knowledge of Marbella, the surrounding areas and local developments
A track record of building client relationships, negotiating offers and closing sales
Confidence on the phone and consistent, proactive follow up
The ability to manage a busy pipeline, prioritise under pressure and keep deals moving
Strong organisation and accurate CRM management
Fluent English. Additional languages are a welcome advantage
An established brand with 300 Google reviews
