Handling inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and empathy. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues and customer concerns effectively. Guiding customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and best practices. Documenting all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our internal systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering) to identify and address root causes of customer issues. Contributing to the knowledge base by creating and updating help articles and FAQs. Maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and response times. Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a customer support or technical support role. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software. Proficiency in using help desk software and CRM platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting. Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
