PMO Specialist / PMO Lead

to join an international digital transformation project focused on Contact Center solutions, Customer Experience (CX) and large-scale technology deployments.

What will be your mission? We are looking for an experienced

PMO Specialist

to coordinate and monitor an international

Contact Center transformation program , ensuring effective project governance, stakeholder alignment and successful delivery.

You will work closely with Business, IT and Operations teams, supporting the implementation of a modern

Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS)

platform and ensuring that project milestones, budgets and objectives are achieved.

What will you do?

Coordinate and monitor

international transformation programs , ensuring delivery within scope, time and budget.

Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and change requests.

Track

budgets, KPIs and project performance , preparing executive reports and presentations.

Facilitate communication between

Business, IT, Operations and external stakeholders .

Support the deployment and integration of

Contact Center / CCaaS solutions .

Coordinate geographically distributed teams and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Support change management,



operational readiness and user adoption activities.

Promote continuous improvement in project governance and delivery processes.

To succeed in this role, it is important to have

Strong experience in

PMO, Program Management or Project Coordination

roles.

Experience in

large-scale international transformation programs .

Solid knowledge of

Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies .

Advanced project planning and dependency management using

Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or similar tools .

Experience in

portfolio management, budget control and KPI tracking .

Advanced skills in

Excel and PowerPoint

for executive reporting.

Strong experience managing

risks, issues, dependencies and change requests .

Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in multinational environments.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills.

Fluent English – mandatory.

Valued:

Experience in

Contact Center, CCaaS or Customer Experience transformation projects .

Knowledge of

Genesys Cloud / CCaaS .

Experience with

Salesforce Service Cloud or similar CRM solutions .

Experience supporting digital transformation and customer service modernization initiatives.

Knowledge of change management and user adoption processes.

Experience coordinating IT and non-IT activities across international teams.
