Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their rapidly growing international sales team. Proactively identify and engage potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media. Conduct thorough research to understand prospect needs, challenges, and potential fit with our solutions. Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential and suitability for the sales pipeline. Schedule introductory calls and demos for the Account Executive team. Clearly and concisely communicate the value proposition of our products and services to prospective clients. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead information in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads generated.



Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies. Contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture, sharing insights and best practices. Requirements

Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or customer-facing role is advantageous, but not strictly required for ambitious candidates. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and via email. Self-disciplined, highly motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a

remote

work environment. Proactive, resilient, and possess a positive attitude towards sales challenges. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. High school diploma or equivalent required; a Bachelor's degree is a plus. Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup. Benefits
