Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition, with significant experience in general recruitment and executive search. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for senior and specialized roles across different geographies. Expertise in international sourcing strategies, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various recruitment platforms. Strong understanding of global labor markets and cross‑cultural communication. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage complex projects in a fast‑paced, international environment. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Flexibility to work remotely and adapt to global time zones.
