The Renewal Operations Specialist role focuses on renewals across Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa, handling pricing, orders and contract status for our reseller network in a fully remote setup. You will ensure renewals are prepared accurately and renewed on time, acting as the primary contact for resellers and coordinating with Sales, Aftercare, Finance and Order Management.
