Responsabilidades Clave

Execute purchase orders for raw materials, components, and supplies based on production planning and demand forecasts.

Source and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring quality, price, and delivery reliability.

Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable pricing and terms.

Coordinate with logistics partners for inbound and outbound transportation of goods.

Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production deadlines.

Manage inventory levels for assigned materials, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.

Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, deliveries,



or supplier performance.

Collaborate with internal departments, including production, quality, and finance, to ensure alignment.

Contribute to cost-saving initiatives within the procurement and logistics functions.

Requisitos

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field is a plus.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or logistics coordination.

Experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of procurement principles and supply chain operations.

Proven negotiation and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment in León, Guanajuato, MX .

Fluency in Spanish required.
