- Support the preparation and monitoring of quarterly and annual financial statements
- Processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Preparation and issuance of bank guarantees
- Preparation of tax documents and statistics
- Support in the monitoring and processing of payments
- Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
- Perform intercompany reconciliations
- Verifying travel expenses
- Prepare and monitor financial planning and forecasts

- Strong knowledge and experience in the areas of responsibility outlined above
- Professional experience in medium-sized companies and international trade
- Fluency in German, with a good command of English
- Knowledge of payroll accounting is an advantage
- Team spirit and a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
