It’s a big decision, often made from far away, and it starts with a conversation. We listen first, keep buyers informed at every step, and stay with them from that first call until well after the keys.What you’ll doYou’ll be the first person a buyer really talks to. Everyone you speak to has already asked to hear from us, so there’s no cold calling. You’ll find out what they want and why, help them see what’s possible, and introduce them to the broker who will take them from a video call to a viewing trip, and from a viewing trip to a set of keys.Your job isn’t to sell. It’s to make someone feel they’ve found the right people. Do that well and the sales follow,
