ADP is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our designated business unit in Spain. The role will align business objectives with employees and management, coach line managers, and develop successors and talent pipelines.
A strong knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices is required. The idóneo candidate will have 5–7 years as an HRBP, fluency in English and Spanish, and proven ability to analyze HR metrics, manage complex employee relations, and drive organizational change across
