Key Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs, organizational objectives, and desired candidate profiles.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates from various channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity.
- Build and cultivate strong relationships with candidates, providing them with an exceptional experience.
- Advise clients on labor market trends, salary expectations, and effective recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and client hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights into pipeline activity and hiring efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance Our client's recruitment services and methodologies.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and ethical conduct throughout all recruitment activities.
