As a BIM Civil Infrastructure Specialist at Arup, you will implement and uphold BIM standards across the civil infra portfolio in Spain, collaborating with multidisciplinary and international teams. You will create and manage high-quality 3D models and drawings, maintaining the common data environment and supporting coordination across interdependent disciplines.

You will drive quality, timely delivery, and continuous BIM innovation through training and automation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to megaprojects and shape sustainable, efficient infrastructure.

- Understand and implement Arup's BIM Strategy and ensure compliance with project BIM standards
- Produce and manage high-quality 3D models and drawings across project stages, maintaining the CDE
- Provide coordination input and participate in coordination meetings to resolve interdisciplinary issues
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery in line with Arup and project standards




- Pursue continuous development through bespoke BIM and digital trainings
- Identify and support automation and digital innovation initiatives
- Work within an international, multidisciplinary team on civil and infrastructure projects

Responsabilidades

- Recognized qualification in engineering, design, drafting, Building Information Modeling (BIM), or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in infrastructure projects in Spain or Europe
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, Open Roads Designer and Revit; Infraworks a plus
- Hands-on with ACC/BIM360 and related workflows
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good level of English and Spanish
- Experience with BIM standards and project coordination
