Experteer Overview

As a Dev Ops Engineer Principal, you guide enterprise clients through onboarding, training, and early adoption of a large-scale AI platform. You translate business needs into technical architectures, lead PoCs, and ensure seamless integration of complex workloads such as LLMs and GPU pipelines.

You act as a trusted technical advisor to help customers optimize GPU clusters, AI toolchains, and end-to-end workflows, enabling scalable, secure AI deployments.

- Lead onboarding and training, mentoring customer specialists
- Design and implement PoCs with environment setup, data pipelines, and deployment workflows
- Perform requirement engineering to translate business needs into specs

- Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI services
- Propose and develop automation concepts to improve services and operating models
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and security best practices across the customer lifecycle
- Support monitoring, observability, and capacity planning for AI workloads and GPU utilization
