Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the launch of Preply Pro, an AI-first freemium experience, and drive cross-functional initiatives across squads and tribes. You’ll own strategy, roadmap, and commercial outcomes, bridging product management and program management to deliver high-impact, measurable results.

You will steer pricing, packaging, and key metrics while staying close to learners and tutors to ensure real-world impact. This is a high-visibility role shaping the future of Preply at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Own the Preply Pro launch end to end across web and mobile, including strategy, roadmap, execution and commercial results
- Lead the commercial story with business case, pricing and packaging, and metrics to prove Pro’s effectiveness
- Shape initiatives spanning multiple squads and tribes to align cross-functional teams around a shared outcome
- Manage senior stakeholders across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and Ops, surfacing trade-offs and driving decisions
- Maintain deep customer empathy for learners and tutors to ensure bets solve real problems




- Execute with discipline by turning cross-functional work into clear plans, owners, milestones, and shipped outcomes
- Analyze learner and tutor interactions to guide decisions, focusing on conversion and retention in Pro
- Experience launching or scaling monetization related products

Responsabilidades

- Senior product craft with consumer-facing, mobile-first product experience
- Strong commercial acumen in pricing, packaging, conversion, retention, and unit economics
- Deep customer empathy for learners and tutors
- Data-driven with ability to run analyses, design experiments and interpret results
- Stakeholder management and influence across functions without direct authority
- Strong communication to articulate complex ideas and drive leadership decisions
- Disciplined execution turning ambiguous work into actionable plans and ownership
- Comfort with ambiguity and capacity to operate without a dedicated squad
