In this role you will lead the global data foundations and management assets to enable the Data Strategy at Allianz Technology. You will shape the target data architecture, governance standards, and strategic roadmaps with executive alignment.

You’ll drive measurable improvements in data quality, automation, and delivery speed while building a high-performance, international team. This position offers a strategic opportunity to influence data-centric decisions across the organization and advance a robust data governance framework.

- Own and lead delivery of data foundations and management assets aligned to the global Data Strategy
- Drive data governance and management standards within the General COO Function and CDO community
- Define the Global Target Data Architecture in line with Business Strategy
- Lead global strategic programs including self-service analytics and enterprise data models
- Develop roadmaps for data products to enable data exchange across Allianz Technology




- Implement monitoring and executive KPIs to measure data foundations performance
- Lead and develop a high-performance international team

Responsabilidades

- Extensive experience in data management, architecture, or governance in a global enterprise
- Proven ability to define and execute data strategy at scale with senior stakeholder engagement
- Deep expertise in data governance, master data management, and enterprise data platforms
- Familiarity with AI and data technology trends in enterprise contexts
- Significant leadership experience managing cross-functional, international teams
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Familiarity with Data Analysis is a strong advantage
