Your Task

We are looking for a project manager with extensive experience in managing software initiatives in healthcare environments.

The person who joins will be present in daily operations and very close to information systems and technical profiles, so team leadership capacity is required.

Work will be carried out with a focus on the quality of the projects.

Responsibilities

Managing related complex projects in the Healthcare field

Oversee the technological, financial and human resources of the project

Identify and manage risks and problems related to the project or equipment

Measure, monitor, evaluate and report progress

Ensure compliance with quality standards and the timely delivery of objectives

Manage the expectations of stakeholders and their satisfaction

Participate in pre-sales processes in the public health sector, leading the process from start to finish and collaborating in the preparation of the chapters of the offer

Assist in the application of implementation development methodologies and in the use of health standards

Your Profile

We are looking for a Project Manager with extensive experience in managing software initiatives in healthcare environments, strong team leadership capacity, and the ability to work closely with information systems and technical profiles with a focus on project quality.

Must Have Skills

Solid experience in managing complex technological projects focused on the development of software solutions





Experience managing projects in the healthcare sector

Understanding of healthcare context needs (Primary Care, HIS, Departmental Care, Medical Imaging, Pharmacy, Genomics)Consultancy experience and preparation of proposals, offers and documentation (RFP, RFI) in IT environments

University degree

Fluent in Catalan

Familiarity in the application of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)Nice to Have Skills
