Experteer Overview As part of the SAP Integrations team, you design, build and support ABAP-based integration solutions between SAP and external HR platforms.

You will analyze customer needs and translate them into scalable integration components, enabling payroll and HR data flows across systems.

You collaborate with customers during workshops, testing and go-live phases, contributing to automation and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades• 5-7 years of SAP integration ABAP experience• Functional knowledge of SAP HCM/ECP, SAP Success

and HR data replication processes• Experience with employee data replication and payroll-related integrations• Knowledge of advanced integration techniques and best practices• Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into integration solutions• Strong hands-on experience in ABAP Object-Oriented development, including interface development and data transformations• Experience designing, building and supporting employee data, organizational management, and payroll-related integrations between SAP and third-party systems• Strong hands-on experience with PECI, Workday Connectors, and other HR integration technologies• Experience configuring, consuming, and troubleshooting SOAP and REST services, APIs, authentication methods and SAP communication frameworks• Understanding of middleware and integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite or equivalent technologies• Proven experience in integrations involving Workday, Success

Factors EC, SAP HCM/ECP, and related systems• Certifications in SAP HCM, Success

Factors, ABAP, or Workday-related certifications are highly recommended• Advanced English; additional languages beneficial
