Experteer Overview In this role you lead the global VIP Regulatory Operations, ensuring compliant and efficient handling of customer disputes, data privacy matters, and regulatory escalations.

You will coach a team of three leads and drive AI-driven process improvements to reduce risk and protect the brand.

You’ll coordinate with Legal, External Affairs and regulators, while reporting performance metrics to the Head of VIP Communications.

This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on risk management in a fast-paced travel platform.

You’ll shape regulatory operations and elevate customer experience at scale.

Responsabilidades• 3+ years managing Team Leads or multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced settings• Bachelor in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification (valued)• Experience in online travel, e-commerce or subscription platforms• Strong background in Regulatory Operations, Data Privacy and High-Risk Dispute Resolution• Familiarity with GDPR/Data Privacy and international consumer protection frameworks• Experience managing relationships with regulatory bodies and internal Legal/External Affairs• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation and process optimization• Excellent analytical and crisis management skills
