Experteer Overview As Staff Marketing Data Analyst, you steer world-class marketing analytics to empower business decisions.

You will partner with data and BI teams to build scalable data foundations that integrate marketing with broader business data.

Your work focuses on enabling analysts to derive actionable insights rather than data wrangling.

You will set analytics standards, mentor the team, and lead strategic data solutions that shape marketing outcomes at scale.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Define standards and architecture for stable, scalable marketing data products• Own data quality governance and issue resolution across marketing data• Collaborate with Marketing leadership to understand objectives and shape analytics roadmap• Provide leadership for complex data science problems and methodological direction• Design and oversee scalable dashboards for marketing KPIs, budgets, and ROI• Drive insight generation and translate impact to senior stakeholders• Lead ad-hoc data analysis and multi-source data blending• Present analyses to CMO, VPs, and executives• Mentor and coach analysts to raise overall quality of analysis





Responsabilidades• Degree in statistics, data science, business analytics, marketing analytics, or related field• 7–9 years of experience in marketing and/or sales analytics• Proven ROI-driven marketing optimization experience• Advanced analytics using SQL, Tableau/Power BI/Qlik Sense, Excel• Experience with data pipelines and warehouses; strong DBT experience• Ability to translate technical insights for business stakeholders• B2B sales motion experience; account-based marketing is a bonus• Familiarity with marketing data from Hub

Spot and Salesforce• Experience mentoring analysts• Excellent multi-tasking and prioritization abilities• Strong business English; additional languages are a plus• Willingness to work in or near Europe
