Experteer Overview In this role you will lead IT security governance and risk management across the EMEA region, partnering with CISOs, CIOs and business stakeholders to safeguard systems and data.

You will drive incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance programs while ensuring service quality and continuous improvement of security services.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Fujitsu’s digital transformation and security objectives across diverse markets.

This is a hands-on leadership role shaping security delivery in a global context.

Responsabilidades• 8-12 years in IT and/or Cybersecurity, including 4-5 years in management• Experience with EMEA or global teams and clients• Experience in cybersecurity service governance, risk management, compliance, incident management, and vulnerability management• Experience managing SLAs/KPIs, reporting, escalations, capacity, service quality, and continuous improvement• Experience planning and managing projects and services, including RAID management, budgets, resources, suppliers, and dependencies• Interacting with CISOs, CIOs, Security Managers, and business stakeholders• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and services including SOC, SIEM, XDR, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and Incident Response• General understanding of technology architecture, cloud, IAM, endpoint security, and network security
