Experteer Overview In this role you support the Asset Manager in day-to-day asset management, combining rigorous analysis with strategic input to drive performance.

You’ll own reporting integrity, highlight trends and risks, and lead finance-driven initiatives across the portfolio.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners will shape investment decisions and capital plans.

This position offers autonomous ownership and a direct line to leadership, across a global real estate platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Ensure accuracy and integrity of recurring portfolio reporting for management, lenders, and capital partners• Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide evidence-based recommendations• Lead strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects from start to finish• Build and enhance complex financial models forecasting cash flows and investment returns• Manage annual operational and capital budgets and business plans for senior management and partners• Prepare and present materials for capital partner reporting and external stakeholders• Monitor leasing performance and help develop rent/concession strategies with the commercial team• Track market,



industry, and competitor data and flag significant shifts• Collaborate to improve reporting systems and data capture; propose changes• Mentor junior team members and support day-to-day guidance

Responsabilidades• Degree qualification (or equivalent; GPA 3.3/4.0 or above, or equivalent) in finance, mathematics, economics, science, engineering or real estate• CFA/MBA/relevant MSc qualifications are desirable• IT literate with advanced Excel and Power

Point• Working knowledge of Python, SQL or similar tools to automate reporting is a strong plus• Experience using AI tools to support analysis and reporting efficiency• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal• At least 2 years of analytical experience in asset management, investment banking, private equity or similar• Strong financial modelling, valuation and reporting skills• Clear written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders• Proactive, accountable, and able to offer independent insights• Experience building or improving reporting tools or dashboards (plus)Requisitos principales•
