Ops Engineer Principal, you guide enterprise clients through onboarding, training, and early adoption of a large-scale AI platform.
You translate business needs into technical architectures, lead PoCs, and ensure seamless integration of complex workloads such as LLMs and GPU pipelines.
You act as a trusted technical advisor to help customers optimize GPU clusters, AI toolchains, and end-to-end workflows, enabling scalable, secure AI deployments.

and validation of solutions• Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, networking, automation, security, and AI services• Propose and develop automation concepts to improve services and operating models• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security best practices across the customer lifecycle• Support monitoring, observability, and capacity planning for AI workloads and GPU utilization
