Experteer Overview In this role you lead the regional HR and Professional Services category strategy, aligning with Global Category Leads to deliver procurement value and innovation.

You work with regional and market-unit colleagues to shape category plans, opportunities, and supplier negotiations that meet stakeholder goals.

You drive compliance, continuous improvement, and effective delivery of category initiatives across the region.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and strategic suppliers in a complex matrix environment to generate measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades• Strong expertise in category management, sourcing, procurement, and project management• Experience developing and executing category strategies• Deep understanding of HR and Professional Services categories and commercial models• Experience in international projects and people management• Experience working with senior executives in a complex matrix organization• Fluent in written and spoken English• Strong negotiation, analytics, stakeholder management, and supplier management skills• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across a global organization• Innovative, action-oriented, results-driven mindset• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a multicultural environment
