Experteer Overview In this role, you will advance AI-driven safety evaluation and translational research within the PSTS organization.

You’ll collaborate with toxicology, PK/PD, and safety experts to build AI-ready data and deploy predictive models that inform decision points.

You’ll combine ML, data engineering, and domain expertise to create scalable analytical solutions across in vivo and in vitro datasets.

You’ll drive governance and robust validation to ensure reliable insights.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Develop and deploy ML/AI models for safety signal detection, dose selection, PK/PD modeling, toxicology insights, and translational interpretation• Create representation-learning, predictive modeling, and multivariate analytics across in vivo, in vitro, exposure–response, and pathology data• Collaborate with scientific SMEs to align modeling strategies with PSTS decision points• Apply model governance, versioning, and validation standards in line with Ru0026D AI practices• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating PSTS data sources (toxicology, PK/PD, biomarkers, animal studies)• Transform raw experimental outputs into analysis-ready,



AI-ready datasets using Python, R, and cloud-native services• Contribute to harmonized scientific data models with data engineering and ontology teams• Interpret scientific context with toxicology, DMPK, and safety stakeholders to translate study designs into computational requirements• Apply mechanism-based toxicology and exposure–response concepts to guide data transformations and modeling• Enhance cross-study comparability via standardized terminologies, metadata, and quality checks• Collaborate with PSTS, Ru0026D Data Science, and platform architects to deliver high-quality data solutions

Responsabilidades• 2+ years of ML and/or data engineering experience with scientific or biomedical datasets• Proficiency with Python and/or R, SQL, and modern data tooling (cloud computing, workflow orchestration, version control)• Experience with ML model development, evaluation, and deployment pipelines• Experience working with biological, toxicology, PK/PD, or in vivo datasets
