Experteer Overview As a key member of the Partner Revenue team, you will accelerate growth for Glovo Ads by owning end-to-end launches and coordinating across Product, Legal, Design, Finance, and Commercial teams.

You will translate complex business needs into actionable growth strategies and track performance metrics across 20+ markets.

Your work helps scale the ads portfolio while maintaining alignment with HQ and local operations.

This role offers impact across markets and a hands-on, cross-functional environment with a clear path to influence product and go-to-market decisions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos• Own end-to-end launch coordination for new Glovo Ads products across 20+ markets• Serve as central project lead aligning inputs and driving execution across Product, Legal, Design, Finance, Commercial, and international teams• Facilitate high-efficiency cross-functional communications and provide concise status updates for executives• Navigate a fast-paced, high-velocity environment with flexible prioritization• Partner with Data team to track KPIs, assess product health, and convert insights into growth actions





Responsabilidades• 1–3 years in project management, project coordination, marketing ops, product marketing, business operations, or management consulting• Structured launch planning, timeline management, and senior stakeholder alignment with accountability for outcomes• Experience coordinating across cross-functional or multi-regional teams (HQ, Product, local teams)• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for KPI tracking and reporting• Knowledge of SQL is a plus• Prior experience in digital advertising, retail media networks, or data monetization is a strong plus• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field• Excellent English communication skills for executive-level reporting
