Experteer Overview In this role you own the internal platform that supports Spendesk’s regulated Financial Services stack, unifying compliance, risk, and operations needs.

You translate regulatory and operational demand into a single prioritized backlog, enabling compliance and operations to scale without slowing other squads.

You lead onboarding, AML/KYC, monitoring migrations, and the internal tooling that reduces manual work.

You act as the bridge between Product and Compliance to design regulation-driven solutions.

Compensaciones / Beneficios• Define and evolve the platform strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals and regulatory obligations• Create and maintain a single intake system with a prioritized backlog for Compliance, Operations, and Financial Services squads• Rebuild onboarding to shorten activation time and improve document completion• Lead transaction monitoring system migration with Engineering and Compliance• Develop internal tools and dashboards to enable scalable operations without headcount growth• Define and instrument new metrics (time-to-activation, KYC data completeness, cost per manual case, straight-through processing,



engineering time spent on internal requests)• Coordinate with Compliance to design regulation into product from the start and avoid patchwork solutions• Evaluate and manage identity, monitoring, and infrastructure vendors• Oversee regulatory intake across Compliance, Legal, and the Financial Services squads

Responsabilidades• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated environments• Experience building products for internal users (back-office, operations tooling, platform, or infrastructure)• Comfort with regulation (PSD2, AML directives, compliance policies; MLRO conversations)• Analytical rigour: define success metrics, instrument what’s not measured, use evidence to prioritise• Clear, natural communication and stakeholder negotiation• Resilience in ambiguous and changing environments
