Gracia101 Talent solutions is looking for an MDM Process Manager to shape and improve Master Data Management processes for a global organisation.

In this role, you’ll design and maintain MDM processes that meet business needs, support consistent ways of working across the Group, and align with policies and accountabilities. You’ll work across a global, multicultural environment, partnering with business stakeholders, IT, MDM Technical Solutions and MDM Services to turn process needs into practical solutions.

This is a hands‑on process leadership role with general scope: you’ll own an MDM area, drive continuous improvement and support projects that depend on reliable, well‑governed master data.

What you’ll do

- Design and improve MDM creation and maintenance processes for your area.
- Ensure processes meet business needs and align with Group policies, accountabilities and operating-model requirements.
- Keep process documentation and data‑catalogue assets up to date, and support internal and customer audits.
- Partner with IT and MDM Technical Solutions to implement solutions in SAP and Informatica.
- Support M&A;, ERP and other transformation projects by defining the required master‑data setup and processes.




- Work with data owners to define cleansing rules and prepare data for transformation projects.
- Provide third‑level process support to MDM Services teams and help resolve cases not covered by existing guidance.
- Monitor improvement initiatives and maintain an ongoing dialogue with process stakeholders and MDM Services.
- Lead design workshops and drive decisions when required.
- Lead, support and develop a small team of experts and specialists

What you’ll bring:

- At least 3 years’ experience in Master Data Management.
- Strong SAP expertise, particularly in the master‑data objects relevant to your area.
- Experience designing and modelling business processes.
- The ability to analyse problems, bring stakeholders together and drive decisions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Experience in a multinational environment or working with people from different cultures.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT or Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
