As a proud supporter of racing in the Asia Road Racing Championship (ARRC), we develop lubricants that perform under the toughest conditions, then bring that same protection to riders and drivers on the road every day.
Role DescriptionHandle full set of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliationsPrepare monthly, quarterly and year-end closing and management reportsProcess customer invoices, credit notes, supplier payments and staff claimsMonitor customer credit limits and follow up on outstanding collectionsManage e-Invoicing (MyInvois) submissions and SST filingReconcile inventory and stock movements with the warehouse teamPrepare payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)Liaise with auditors, tax agents,



banks and company secretaryAssist with budgeting, cash flow planning and cost controlSupport other ad-hoc finance and admin tasks as assignedQualifications & RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent (ACCA/CIMA part-qualified is a plus)Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in trading, distribution or the automotive industryFresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome to applyProficient in accounting software such as AutoCount, SQL Account or similarGood working knowledge of Microsoft Excel xqysrnh (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)Familiar with Malaysian tax, SST and e-Invoicing requirementsGood communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
