About the role
Are you an experienced Senior Software Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a talented individual to transition into a management role, leading our dynamic engineering team. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of talented software engineers. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.



Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes In order to be successful in this role, you will have: Strong technical expertise Problem-solving skills Team leadership attitude Emotional intelligence About you At least 5 years of experience as Senior Software Engineer or 2 years of experience as Tech Lead. Technical education, engineering or similar Strong communications skills Experience in people management, career development and, performance evaluation People-focused management Experience in assessment tools and metrics Nice to have startups experience or company or very fast growth Experience applying best practices in technical teams (Agile methodologies, peer reviews, testing, sprints execution...). Resourceful, to be able to make informed and well-judged decisions with limitations of knowledge in particular areas.
