As our HR Generalist, you will work in close collaboration with Clara, our HR Manager based in Barcelona, and serve as the main HR contact on-site for our Pamplona office. you coordinate and monitor onboarding and offboarding processes, draft employment contracts and amendments, manage renewals, and handle statutory sick leave/workplace accident notifications (ITs / ATs). 3/ Monitor Time, Attendance & Training (FUNDAE) : you oversee the clock-in/clock-out system, manage schedule discrepancies, holidays, and leaves of absence. You also handle the administration and coordination of training programs to secure tax credit bonuses through FUNDAE. you serve as the main point of contact for team queries regarding payroll, collective agreements, and company benefits (health insurance, meal vouchers, etc.). You have at least 2 years of experience in personnel administration, ideally acquired in a fast-paced payroll consultancy, HR advisory firm,



or payroll outsourcing environment. You hold a degree in Labor Relations, HR, Law, Business Administration, or similar. You speak fluent Spanish and possess a professional level of English to communicate seamlessly with international teams across the Orisha group.
