Role OverviewThe Sourcing Enablement Manager acts as a link between the Sourcing Centre of Excellence, Global Sourcing Strategy, and the operational realities of Global Chains and E2E Chains. The role ensures strategic initiatives, tools, processes, and Ways of Working are translated into practical, relevant, and actionable approaches.What You Will DoTranslate and adapt general sourcing initiatives, strategies, and programs for Global Chains and E2E Chains, drive adoption and change management, and support MPRs, MBRs, QBRs, and other business review processes.Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate has experience in Sourcing, Commercial Enablement, Business Planning, or related functions, with strong business enablement, change management, and adoption management capabilities.RequirementsAbility to translate strategic priorities into practical and differentiated business solutionsStrong business enablement, change management, and adoption management capabilitiesExperience designing and optimizing governance frameworks, operating models, processes, and Ways of WorkingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess business impact and identify improvement opportunitiesStrong stakeholder management, influencing, facilitation, and communication skills across senior leaders and cross-functional teamsProven project and initiative management skills,
