The controller must have good understanding of manufacturing, procurement, internal supply chain network and business, in order to master global product costing, create transparency and support business decision making.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing Global Costing for a significant portion of dsm-firmenich own produced materials mainly in the Human Nutrition and Care space, serving as the link between commercial and production teamsBusiness partner with Commercial Teams to explain Unit Cost evolutions to support pricing decisionsOwnership of the Integral Product Cost Consolidation Tool (customized SAP solution)Continuous improvement of global product costing procedures and tools with a strong customer focus and lean mindsetFocal point for costing processes of monthly close and planning cyclesPrepare quarterly forecasts on global unit cost by incorporating developments in procurement, manufacturing and category managementLead the budget process on global unit cost in collaboration with the production site controllers and FP&AAd; hoc support in various projects, business cases and M&A; integrationsSupport Finance transition,
