You will own the semantic layer of our data platform: the models, metrics and definitions that the whole company relies on.ЗадачиDesign, build and maintain the semantic model of the platform with dbt: staging, marts, metrics, tests and documentation.
Own the definition of business metrics and make sure they are consistent, documented and unique across all consumption surfaces.
Contribute to data governance: ownership, naming conventions, data contracts, catalog and quality standards on the analytics layer.
Run diagnostic analyses: identify root causes behind business variations rather than only reporting them.
Build predictive analyses (forecasting, scoring, propensity) to anticipate business and product trends.
Turn those insights into prescriptive recommendations: scenarios, simulations and actionable next steps for stakeholders.
Deliver reporting and visualizations where they are the right answer, on top of the semantic model rather than beside it.
Collaborate with the data engineering team on pipelines and modelling, and act as a referent on analytics practices within the team.ТребованияMaster's degree in computer science, Engineering,
